Currently, registration is open only to Class XII passed students who graduated in 2024 or earlier. Students of the 2025 batch are not required to register at this time.

Register here to seek admission to the Royal University of Bhutan for the 2026 intake.

1.Registration Period:
    Online registration opens on 1 January 2026 and closes on 30 January 2026.
2.Registration & Login:
   Applicants must register and log into the system to submit their details and required documents.
3.Required Documents:
    Upload the following documents:
      o Class XII Mark Sheet
      o Class XII Pass Certificate
      o Citizenship Identity Card (both front and back in one file)
4. File Naming:
    Before uploading, ensure that all three documents are correctly and clearly named either in PDF or JPEG or JPG format.
5. Re-submission of Documents:
    If you are notified to re-submit any document, log in to the system, edit your details, and update the required documents accordingly.
6. Submission of Documents to Paro College of Education and Samtse College of Education:
    Submission of documents for past year students to these colleges will be announcedseparately by the respective colleges.
7. Dishonoured Admissions:
    Students who have previously dishonoured admissions may register for admission upon payment of Nu. 5000 to the Office of the Vice Chancellor, Thimphu.
